I got back from my incredible trip and immediately went to bed. I think I was suffering from life well spent 🙂
I woke up relaxed and lazy… and after shuffling around contentedly, decided I needed lunch. So I thawed out some duck breast and was deciding what I would eat it with when I uncovered some surprisingly still good Asparagus.
And so there was lunch.
Blanched Asparagus & Pan Seared Duck Breast
I must apologize because all I have is the final picture! It didn’t occur to me to blog about it until I was done, sorry!!
But you can see how I made the Duck Breast HERE and I cooked the Asparagus by blanching it, similar to how I cooked Edamame HERE.
