Working Late a Lot

This is pretty much what my work outfits look like.

It basically reminds me I need to get more sweaters because not only is it officially winter but “it’s the holiday season” and you know what that means.

  2. There’s nothing like a pair of jeans that fit so comfortably. I wish this was my outfit for work…at least once a week. The mules look like something that was designed recently. Nice find!

  3. Maaaan listen, I wear this exact same outfit everyday except mine is with combat boots. I haven’t even started thinking about NYE. Christmast has got me in a stump and then there’s my bday on the 30th so NYE will probably be spent in sweats of some sort lol.

      Yeah girl I’ve been meaning to do a post on this but setting up a photoshoot in a gym is like the hardest fucking thing to do everrrr.

      But in a nutshell I hit the gym 5 times a week, weekdays, and typically do 3-4 days focused on legs (because those are where my problem areas are).
      The legs days involve a lot of weighted squats, lunges and cardio-leg exercises (tabata) to build muscle which burns off cellulite.

      The other 2 days are between arms and back. I don’t focus too much on these areas since I don’t typically have a lot of fat in my upper body but I still need to keep them toned, you know?

      I’ve found that building muscle burns off fat a lot quicker than just cardio and because of it – I really never have to do any ab exercises lol.
      Like I can’t tell you the last time I did a sit up.
      Muscle burns off fat for a longer period of time so I just try and stick to that, switching it up so that I hit all the muscles, not just the main ones.
      All the credit goes to my BFF @Keegan though because if it weren’t for him, I’d still be doing only spin class lol

The evasive New Years outfit indeed, I’m over looking for a new outfit for NYrs, something in my wardrobe will just have to do! The good thing is coz this year I’ve spent most of my time in Nigeria, my clothes in Berlin always seem to feel brand new-ish when I put them on, on account of me hardly wearing them..Score! ( :

  5. This looks so comfy! I love wearing tops like that because it basically feels like I’m wearing nothing and whenever I dare to wear something like that “casually” then you know I’m in a good mood. Dana, you look beautiful as always! Happy New Year!
