Watermelon Rum Punch

Watermelon Rum Punch
What I Used
1 Med Watermelon.
1 part Barcardi Gold. 1 part Barcardi Silver. 1 part Pineapple Juice. 1 part blended Watermelon Juice. 1 tbsp Sour Apple Liquer. 1 tbsp Sweet & Sour Mix. Mint Leaves for garnish.
What I Did
Get a medium sized watermelon and cut about an inch of the top off.
Scoop out all the inner yummy of it into a bowl.
Blend the scooped out watermelon until nice and liquidy.
Affix the spiguot to the watermelon, if you have the equipment.
Mix: 1 part Barcardi Gold, 1 part Barcardi Silver, 1 part Pineapple Juice, 1 part blended Watermelon Juice, 1 tbsp Sour Apple Liquer. 1 tbsp Sweet & Sour Mix.
Serve in the watermelon shell and ladle into cups filled with ice.
Garnish with mint leaves.
This makes about 6 servings.

Wow! This looks delicious oh those ingredients sound scrumptious and I love the little Spicket in the watermelon . One question though what did you do with the seeds? Did you actually pick those seeds out? Ugh

Our watermelon was surprisingly seedless, can you believe that??
I mean, if yours has seeds, definitely pick them out but we were lucky enough not to, haha!!
