Full Disclosure

I know I’ve been a little MIA and that’s totally my bad.  I own it.
I just have not felt like blogging.

Like at ALL.

The weather has been so bright and warm I like honestly have not felt like being anywhere nearrrr a computer.
I use my phone….. as a phone.

I don’t know man what it is – I just have not felt like being online or on my phone and what’s crazy is that I haven’t missed it.
Can you fucking believe that?

Feel like I gotta call mom.

  1. Our phones and other online stuff are addictions. You think you would miss it, and maybe for an hour or two you do, but then you realize we’d probably be happier without them. As I sit on the train typing this comment on my phone… That I need for work… Sigh…

Better to not write when you’re not feeling it. Leave people wanting more and then when you are good and ready… Bam.

  2. DOLL, I know exactly what you mean … i mean that despite my heavy work load, I’ve still been cooking madly, sometimes photographing and jotting notes down for new recipes at least 3-4 times per week but not necessarily blogging about all that new stuff and just publishing ready-to-go unpublished posts from the past … it’s just the weather, i love your posts, whether food-related or not, post JOKES ! xoxo

  3. Sometimes we all need a break girl! I totally get it! I hope you enjoy your little time away. We’ll be here waiting until you get back! You look gorgeous by the way! I love that dress! 🙂

  6. I think at one point we all feel the same. I recently came back to blogging after not touching it for months. It’s nice to getaway for awhile. Anyway, love your dress!!

  7. GIIIIRRRRLLLLL!!!! I know EXACTLY how you feel!
And I’m not even apologetic about it. It’s like, sorry, not sorry.
I just wanted to live a little, ya know. Also I’ve had read world ish to do.
Having said that, I for one, have missed you.
Also, loving your dress. I’m imagining it with a white bathing suit underneath.

  8. Now that I am back you left :/ but do what you have to do to for your sanity. Keeping up the process for blogging isn’t easy I hear you

  9. Hi Dana!
I decided to pop in today to see how you are doing. A break is good and I hope you will be able to find your way back to blogging. You reminded me of when I wad pregnant with my 3rd child. The thing I loved to do the most became the thing I hated to do the most – reading magazine. 3 years later and I’m still struggling. I just read Instyle’s April 2016 issue. Yes! I have unread issues of Vogue, Elle, Lucky, e.t.c. dating all the way back to 2011. Now my office looks like I hoard magazines. LMBO!

Anyway, have fun hibernating from bloggerville or whatever theu call it.

You look amazing in that dress. *Kisses*
